How much will each issue cost?
Issue 1 is at the special introductory price of £2.99 (€4.99 / R29.95 / AU$5.95 / NZ$5.95 inc. GST), Issue 2 is £5.99 (€8.99 / R69.95 / AU$10.95 / NZ$10.95 inc. GST) and Issue 3 onwards is £8.99 (€12.99 / R99.95 / AU$18.95/ NZ$18.95 inc. GST).
How often will magazines be published?
Magazines will be available fortnightly from all good newsagents, convenience stores, W H Smiths and major supermarkets.
How can I get copies if I live outside the UK or Republic of Ireland?
We are sorry, but at the moment we cannot send copies outside the UK and R.O.I.
How do I start my Pocketwatch?
To start your pocketwatch, simply remove the plastic stopper from the crown of the watch. Gently pull the winder button upwards and turn to the left or right to set the time. Gently push the winder back down to set the time.
How many issues will be included in the collection?
There are currently 80 issues planned for the collection.
How often will I receive binders to store my magazines?
Binders will be sent to subscribers every 20 issues. Your first binder and dividers set will be sent free with your 2nd despatch, and then with issues 20, 40 and 60 at a cost of £5.99 (€9.99 / R59.95 / AU$14.95 / NZ$14.95 inc. GST) per binder. The binders are the perfect way to keep your pocketwatch collection together in easily manageable files. Binders will also be made available through newsagents.
How often will I receive pocketwatch display trays to display my collection?
Each tray holds up to 10 watches in specially designed holders. Your first tray will be given as a free subscription gift to subscribers with their 4th dispatch. They will then be sent every 10 issues, starting with issue 18, and then 28, 38, 48, 58, 68 and 78 at a price of £11.99 (€14.99 / R160.00 / AU$19.99 / NZ$19.99 inc. GST) per tray. You will be able to opt out of automatically receiving these trays.
How can I get back issues?
To order back issues, please contact our Customer Care Team by either phone or email (please see the contact us page). Please note that it can take up to 28 days to deliver your back issues from receiving your request.
When will I receive my free gifts?
For subscribers starting with issues 2, 3 or 4, with your first delivery you will receive 2 issues (1 FREE) with your FREE pocketwatch chains plus your FREE pocketwatch cleaning kit. For subscribers starting at issue 1, please note that you will receive issue 1 with your first delivery and with your 2nd delivery you will receive 2 issues (1 FREE) and the above gifts.
With your 2nd delivery you will receive your FREE pocketwatch binder & dividers (3rd delivery for subscribers starting from Issue 1).
With your 4th delivery you will receive your FREE pocketwatch display tray. For customers starting with issue 1, this will be delivered with your 5th delivery.
If you choose to pay by Direct Debit or Debit / Credit Card, you will receive your FREE bonus silver-plated pocketwatch with your 2nd delivery (or with your 3rd delivery for subscribers starting with issue 1).
Why can't I get through on the telephone number given?
We have lots of lines and staff dedicated to helping you, but they can be busy at peak times so please keep trying. Customer Care are open Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. Alternatively, please email our Customer Care Team.
I cannot find copies in the shops - what do I do?
You can ask your newsagent to place a regular order for you so you can pick up your issues from them. If you need back issues you can ask your newsagent to order them for you or just contact our Customer Care Team. Don't forget, if you become a subscriber, issues will be delivered to your door free of charge and you will receive some superb free subscription gifts!
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time giving 28 days notice - please contact our Customer Care Team via telephone, fax, post or email. If you email the team, please include your name and subscription reference in the subject line.
How do I return something?
If you decide for whatever reason not to keep a received issue, you must send it back unopened within 7 days following the receipt of your despatch to the following address:

A parcel kept for more than 7 days means acceptance and the invoice should be paid promptly.
Why have I received the wrong issue/s?
We will replace all your issues with the correct copies. In order for us to arrange for a replacement, send back the wrong issues and contact our Customer Care Team via the Customer Care hotline or email. If you email the team, please include your name and subscription reference in the subject line.
What should I do if I receive a damaged issue?
We replace any damaged issue free of charge. Just send us back your damaged issue and contact our Customer Care Team. It might be also a good idea to mention the problem to Royal Mail.
Can I get the free subscription gifts without subscribing?
The binders and display trays will be made available to non-subscribers via a reader offer. The other gifts are reserved for subscribers only. If you would like to subscribe you can do so via our 'subscribe' page. Please note that gifts are part of a special offer only available to people who start their subscription with issues 1, 2, 3 or 4.
Have you received my subscription request - I have not had confirmation?
Within seven days of receiving your request to subscribe, you will receive a confirmation welcome letter. This contains your order reference number and details of your subscription. If you haven't received a welcome letter after three weeks, then please contact our Customer Care Team. If you email the team, please include your name in the subject line.
(If you subscribed online, you will receive a confirmation email before your letter, within 48 working hours of placing your order. If you do not receive this email, please contact our Customer Care Team since there may have been a problem receiving your order.)
